WELCOME HOME KITTEN CARE PACKAGE, KEEP SCROLLING FOR DETAILS
WELCOME HOME KITTEN CARE PACKAGE DETAILS:
VET EXAM & FIRST VACCINES: All kittens receive a veterinarian exam and first core vaccines (FVRCP) before going home. The exam includes the entire body, eyes, ears, heart, lungs, and more. The first vaccine by my veterinarian is FVRCP, and a nail trim too. The veterinarian paperwork is sent home with each kitten. All breeders should be able to guarantee that kittens will receive a vet exam and first core vaccines before going home and send the vet paperwork home with the kitten.

DRY FOOD: One-pound dry kitten food mixture of Nulo, Tiki Cat, Royal Canin, Science Diet, Purina One, Iams, and Purina Pro. You can pick any one of these to feed your kitten once they get home. Experts suggest rotating three or more different brands. I feed multiple brands suggested by feline cardiologists and add a few other newer brands in the rotation too.

WET FOOD: Three cans of wet food. I feed multiple brands suggested by feline cardiologists: Purina Pro Plan, Iams, Purina One, and Sheba. I also mix in Stella and Chewy, Tiki Cat Kitten, Weruva, and Nacho.

TREATS: Temptations packet and either Churu or Delectables packet.

TOYS: Multiple toys, a wire feather wand, lots of cat toys, and a tunnel (they LOVE the tunnel and wire feather wand).

INTESTINAL PARASITE PREVENTION: Intestinal parasite prevention prior to going home (although I have never had a kitten test positive). Additionally, Colorado Springs isn't a place where parasites thrive, and my cats are indoor only.

TICA registration paperwork, PET ONLY (after proof of spay/neuter and upon request). Sadly, some dishonest people are breeding cats that they got on a spay/neuter contract and using the pet registration paperwork as proof of registry, but the kittens themselves can't be registered. If you want to be able to raise Maine Coons, go to a Cattery that sales with breeding registry.

LITTER BOX TRAINED: My kittens start litter box training at 3.5 weeks old. The younger they start, the better, as this is a natural instinct that needs reinforcement very young. I use multiple styles of litter boxes and different types of litter.

HEALTH GUARANTEE: Two-year genetic health guarantee (e-signed before the kitten goes home).

Welcome to Mountain Peak Maine Coons, hope to hear from you soon!
